剛來香港時,因為不懂香港話,不懂英文,找不到一份寫字樓的工作,生完孩子後,我把一個月大的小兒子往海南送,從此一邊工作一邊上夜校學英文,那時有人告訴我,唱歌學英文比較容易上口,我找來一大堆英文歌,上班坐在車上時一邊聽一邊學英文,這首歌就是那時學會的,但我聽到的是男人唱的版本,一把很老很有磁性的男聲..........

主角cruz是一对住在山村里的夫妻的第七个孩子，根据当地传说，第七个孩子在月圆之夜会变成狼。村子里的人只把这个当作一个传说来看待，因为cruz并没有变成狼。小孩长大以后，遇见了一个美丽的女孩griselda，两人坠入爱河。当他20岁的时候，魔鬼来拜访了他，许诺如果他背叛女孩的话，就让他成为世界上最富有的人，而如果他不这么做的话，就会变成狼人。当然，作为一部爱情故事，他当然选择了后者。从此演出了一场人狼之恋。
